A Love Letter

Have you ever written a love letter to your body?
Not a quick note.. something more intimate, something that honours all your body has done for you…

The times she held you, carried you,
guided you, softened for you - so you could feel life move through you.

Writing to our body can do so much for us…

𓎱 It helps us reconnect with our body as a living, feeling being; from object —> relationship
𓎱 It gives language to what our bodies have been holding
𓎱 It cultivates self-compassion & challenges internalized shame
𓎱 It supports our nervous system safety through reconnection
𓎱 It empowers our inner wisdom, our intuition, our boundaries, and our embodied guidance
𓎱 And it roots us back into feminine presence, where truth lives in sensation, not performance

So maybe tonight… write to her.

Let her be seen.
Let her be thanked.
Let her speak back.
