ABOUT ME
Years I have searched for who I really was underneath it all,
years I have searched for answers -
answers, I already felt the answer to,
yet could not fully believe to be true.
So I needed to travel the road,
the road to all the Sacred Spaces
within me and beyond me.
The road less travelled.
The road of following the world’s expectations of who I should be, following my own aspirations only to find out they weren’t actually mine, following the normality of absolute disregulation and disconnection from my body, from womanhood, from intuition, creativity and my truth. ::: #(break out)
I was gone - out there, away from who I actually was underneath it all; too far away from the inner and too much on the outer; too far away from my heart, body and spirit and too much entangled in my mind, in other’s expectations about me, in all the conditioning that we are being exposed to from childhood on.
Yet underneath it all, I could feel it throughout my life - a silent rebellion within, a deep yearning to break free, a subtle but consistent knowing that there must be another way, a deeper way, a more authentic way, a way that feels actually like being alive, being free, being human, being connected with life in its totality, “being” and being enough.
LET’S MOVE SOME ENERGY TOGETHER.
