I work at the intersection of the seen and unseen, the inner and outer
the heart and the mind;
the feeling and the thinking;
the body-truths that no one else can ever know for us;
the melodies of womanhood, so individual, so raw, and so deeply interwoven with it all;
the musing that life invites us into if we allow ourselves to follow;
the hidden treasures, the secret portals, and the Sacred Spaces within.

Rooted in my reverence for deep reconnection with our bodies, our intuition, our senses and inner world, our unique truths, and our deep, ancient feminine current holding it all - my work is holistic, trauma-informed, embodied, energetic, and highly intuitive, shaped by my creative life force and held in deep attunement with Spirit.
At its heart is remembrance: of our inner capabilities, our naturality, and our interconnectedness with Earth. Body. Spirit.
Over the past decade, personal journeys, metaphysical inquiry, and creative exploration have infused this work, as have embodiment, astrology, herbalism, and the Taoist, yogic, Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese Medicine, shamanic, and nature-based perspectives I have encountered along the way.
All of this has brought me to where I stand today: at the threshold - meeting women in the death of old identities, in seasons of unraveling, and in the rebirth of a more aligned, embodied, nourished, and abundant Self.
